Syllabus
Intermediate Training: Project startup, Site topo, stairs, ramps, railings, curtain wall, basic work sets management, project and construction phasing, schedules, tagging, structural framing systems, area analysis, printing, submittals and revisions.
Intermediate Training Classes:
PROJECT STARTUP
- A guide to starting a project including optional startup project conditions
WORKSET CREATION
- Creation of work sharing, central and local files, and a study in the logic behind worksets and related human resources
PROJECT AND CONSTRUCTION PHASING
- Setting up and using Revit phases
SITE WORK
- A guide to creating site topo with common site objects
TAGGING, SCHEDULES & KEYNOTES
- A guide to creating and filtering various types of schedules
AREA ANALYSIS
- Creation of non-standard area definitions and BOMA areas for use in scheduled and imported area calculations
STRUCTURAL FRAMING SYSTEMS
- Creation and manipulation of Structural Framing Systems, Beams and Columns
REVIT PRINTING
- A general guide to printing from Revit to wide format and laser printers
SUBMITTALS & REVISIONS
- Creation and manipulation of Submittal, Revision Tags & Title Blocks
